If you are in Gujarat and want to do something different, take 3 hours for yourself and go in a beautiful park that has everything inside.
Indroda Nature Park, in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat. The park has different sector and you have to walk more than 10km (6 miles) in different creative areas. It has the sector of Dinosaur and Fossils (Jurassic Park), Zoo, Botanic garden, place for hundreds of birds and wild mammals.
First thing after you enter, you will find the sector of Dinosaur and Fossils. The most know dinosaurs will be in front of you, in huge size. Freaky or not you decide. This habitat is considered as the second hatchery of dinosaur eggs in the world. Those disappeared creatures are there as real as you never imagined, but surrounded by monkeys and birds, in their bigger space.
After them start the part when you will see wild animals and birds going around everywhere. Is like in Serengeti. I’ve seen a lot of animals, but I don’t know the exact number of them. Most of them are part of Asia in general and India in particular.
After the animals, you will see the Botanic garden. Mostly of the plants are succulents and a lot of species of cactus.
There is also a small greenhouse.
The peacocks moved a lot in different areas, but the parrots were inside their cage.
A hundred of them in different cages singed too much and make a very special music. You are not allowed to feed them.
The reptiles, especially the crocodiles are those that impressed me more. They seemed not moving, waiting for their prey. One of them, stayed with mouth open for a long time without moving, waiting for food. Impressive acting!
There are also some skeletons there, like blue whale, etc.
I saw animals that I didn’t saw before in my life. Snakes, turtles, tiger, lions a hundreds of birds, but most impressive was the white peacock. I never seen it before, but such a beautiful white color was amazing.
I enjoyed very much that day. I remember people asking me to do photos with them, especially two little girls. I hope you visit and comment me, what was the most impressive thing you saw here and you will not forget. Enjoy your time there!
